What you see for each job
- A score and a verdict: strong match, good match, stretch or weak match.
- The requirements: each one the job lists, whether your CV meets it, and the evidence.
- Five ratings: skills, experience, seniority, field, and whether you can work where the job is.
- Strengths and gaps: up to five of each, and a two-sentence summary written to you.
- The level and years asked for, when the advert says.

Questions
How is the score worked out?
Honde's AI reads the job's requirements and judges each one against your CV as met, partly met or not met, quoting the evidence. It also rates your skills, experience, seniority, field and whether you can work where the job is. The must-haves count for 45% of the score, the nice-to-haves 15% and the five ratings 40%.
What do the verdicts mean?
75 and above is a strong match, 55 to 74 a good match, 40 to 54 a stretch, and below 40 a weak match.
Why is my score capped at 40 for some jobs?
If the job needs you to live or be allowed to work outside South Africa and doesn't offer sponsorship, it isn't a real match however good your skills, so the score is held at 40 or below.
Does it guess experience I don't have?
No. A requirement only counts as met when your CV, profile or saved details show it. Missing evidence counts as not met.
Which plans include match scores?
Paid plans give a match score on every job. On the free plan, jobs are still ranked by how well they fit your CV, and once you upload your CV Honde rates your first 20 jobs against it and emails you the scores.
Does the score change when I update my CV?
Yes. A score is kept until your CV changes, then worked out again against the new CV.
