For employers and recruiters
Honde helps job seekers in South Africa find jobs that fit their CV and apply for them. It doesn't sell job posts or recruitment services: there's nothing for employers to buy or sign up for.
How your vacancies appear on Honde
- Honde reads open vacancies from employers' own careers pages, job boards and the Public Service Vacancy Circular.
- Each listing says where it came from and links to the original advert. Candidates apply there, through your process.
- Listings are checked for scam signs and rechecked so closed ones drop out.
- Candidates see how well their CV fits your requirements before they apply.

Questions
Can I post a job on Honde?
Not directly: Honde has no job posting or employer accounts. Publish the vacancy on your own careers page or a job board, and Honde can pick it up from there.
How do applications reach me?
Through your own process. Honde links to your advert, and the candidate applies on your form or by the method your advert gives. Honde can fill in your form for them, but they check it and press submit themselves.
Does Honde copy my advert?
Honde's public vacancy pages show the facts of a listing, such as the title, company, place and closing date, and link to your original advert for the full text.
How do I get my careers page included?
Email support@honde.co.za with the address of your careers page.
A listing is wrong or the post is filled. What do I do?
Email support@honde.co.za with the link to the listing on Honde and what should change. Closed listings are also filtered out as Honde rechecks them.
Do you sell candidate data or CVs?
No. Job seekers' CVs and profiles are theirs, and are used only to match and prepare their own applications.
Looking for work yourself?
Upload your CV and Honde finds South African jobs that fit it every morning, checks they're genuine and open, and gets your applications ready to send.
