Invitation to Bid for the Appointment of a service provider to design and deliver a solution-driven DEIB programme, adaptable for implementation in SANParks, including Head Office, with a primary focus on accelerating organisational cultural change by exploring key concepts such as unconscious bias, microaggressions, and intersectionality, thereby enabling participants to develop self-awareness and acquire practical strategies to identify and address all forms of unfair workplace discrimination for a period of Thirty-six (36) Months
