REF NO: CAS 32/2026 REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification); A valid driving licence (Code B or higher). Note: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities but have reasonable access to transport may also apply. Competencies: Knowledge and under standing of the following: Knowledge of the following; Clerical duties; Data capturing; Operate a computer; Collecting statistics; Administration. Skills in the following: Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc); Ability to wor k independently and as part of a team; Communication skill (written and verbal); Numeracy and Literacy; Planning and organising DUTIES: Provide administrative support to the region and affiliated public libraries; Provide asset control support services; Provide personnel administration support services within the office; Provide financial administration support services in the regional office.
