REQUIREMENTS: Minimum educational qualification: An appropriate National Diploma (NQF Level 6 or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate experience in Financial and Supply Chain Management. Inherent requirement of the job: Willingness to work after -hours when required. Val id (Code B/EB) driver’s licence and willingness to travel. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to meet need and to recognize and respond to problematic matters. Advanced computer skills in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Good management and supervisory skills and ability to work independently and part of a team. Practical workable knowledge of Logis and BAS. Sound financial management within regulatory framework. NOTE: No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. Short listed candidates will be subject to competency testing. DUTIES: Develop and maintain an effective, efficient and economic supply chain management administration and service. Manage efficient control of expenditure in accordance with the approved institutional budget. Develop and maintain an effective, efficient and eco nomic patient administration, revenue and patient record service. Manage subordinates within components. Provide support with regards to contract management in the Sub-district.
