Audit Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, oversee audit teams, and ensure high-quality delivery in line with professional and regulatory standards. This role is suited to a technically strong audit professional with proven leadership and client-management capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, manage, and oversee audit engagements from commencement through to completion. * Review audit working papers and ensure compliance with relevant auditing standards. * Supervise, mentor, and develop audit team members. * Identify and assess audit risks and ensure appropriate audit procedures are performed. * Review financial statements and supporting documentation. * Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management. * Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables. * Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Ensure audit files are completed accurately and within required deadlines. * Stay up to date with changes in auditing, accounting, and regulatory requirements. **Requirements** * Relevant degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field. * CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, or relevant professional qualification would be advantageous. * Proven experience in external or internal audit, including management-level responsibilities. * Strong knowledge of IFRS and applicable auditing standards. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. * Strong leadership and team-management abilities. * Good communication and client-management skills. * Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
