About the job
The incumbent will be responsible for the clinical facilitation of optimal learning opportunities, the facilitation of clinical knowledge and skill development of our nursing staff in the clinical areas. The incumbent will enhance patient outcome through the assessment of nursing care standards, through the planning and implementation of appropriate education and professional competency development and with ongoing audit and evaluation of standards of care and quality indicators. The incumbent is also responsible for establishing partnerships between the hospital clinical teams, and collaboration with all other Busamed hospitals to ensure continuous development and improvement of theoretical and clinical nursing skills, nursing standards and general nursing care within Busamed.
