REF NO: REFS/056956 Requirements: A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF level 7) in Finance/ Commerce/ Economics/ Built Environment/ Law/ Public Management. 3 – 5 years’ experience at Junior Management level in PPP’s/ Infrastructure/ Law/Commerce/Project Management. Knowledge of the Constitutional, legal and institutional arrangements governing South Africa.
