REF NO: DOTP 104/2026 REQUIREMENTS: An appropriate qualification at NQF Level 6 or equivalent; a minimum of 1-year relevant experience. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Health Professions Act, 1974; HPCSA Code of Ethics and Scope of Practice for Psychometrists; Employment Equity Act , 1998; Labour Relations Act, 1995; POPIA, 2013; PAJA, 2000; PAIA, 2000; HPCSA policies and training requirements; classification of psychological tests; SIOPSA code of practice; Continuous Professional Development requirements; Maintenance of professional registration through participation in Continuous Professional Development; Culture and leadership theory and models; organisational performance and organisation development; public management theory and practice; mentoring/coaching; research methods and s tatistics; statutory public-service framework; Skills in the following: Analytical and critical reasoning; basic numeracy; conceptual and interpretive skills; diagnostic and innovative problem -solving skills; Planning and organising; project management; research skills; proficiency in MS Office and assessment-centre related systems; Strong verbal and written communication, report writing and presentation skills; interviewing and listening skills; Interpersonal, networking, conflict-management, negotiation, persuading and influencing, mentoring and coaching skills. DUTIES: Provide and support departmental work organisation capacity improvements; Provide a job design service; Provide transversal organisation design and alignment service; Provide and facilitate transversal service delivery and Batho Pele services; Provide inp ut and support with practice enablement and development.
