REF NO: DEE2026/025 (X2 POSTS) REQUIREMENTS: A Matric Certificate at NQF Level 4 recognised by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA), A certificate in Records and Archive Management and a valid driver’s license. No experience Knowledge of: Understanding of legislative framework that govern s Records Management. Knowledge and understanding of Registry duties and practices. Ability to capture data and operate computer. Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures. Skills: Planning and organising, Interpersonal relations, Computer literacy, Communication (verbal and written), Filing and Archiving, Customer focus. Thinking Demands: Logical, creative/innovative thinker, Objectives, Accurate, Diplomatic. NOTE: Females and males - Indians, Coloured and White are encouraged to apply. DUTIES: Provide Registry Counter Services. Handling of incoming and outgoing mail and correspondences. Render effective filing and records management services. Operate machines in relations to the registry functions. Process documents for archiving and disposal.
