REF NO: HO 2026/11/61 REQUIREMENTS: Recognised three (3) year Degree/National Diploma Office Administration, Public Administration or relevant qualification. 3-5 years relevant experience in office administration. Computer literate. Valid driver’s licence. Competencies And Attributes: Facilitation and coordination. Good liaison skills with other role players/clients. Good communication, planning and organizing, report writing, analytical, rational decision making and interpersonal skills. Professionalism and integrity. Creativity and innovative thinking. NOTE: Appointment under the Public Service Act. DUTIES: Facilitate the procurement of goods and services and coordinate travel arrangements for the directorate. Receive request from the officials. Obtain quotations from service providers. Administer leave register and other administrative activities. Maintenance of duty and leave register. Checking and submitting leave applications. Organise and coordinate meetings. Administer and consolidate the allocation of funds. Assist in the management of state funds under Supervision. Estimating and budgeting of requirement within the directorate. Management of performance information, human resources, finance and assets.
