REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 plus an appropriate qualification at NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management or Development or equivalent qualification in the relevant field or area as recognised by SAQA. PERSAL Literacy. A minimum of 2 -3 years’ relevant experience. Valid motor vehicle driver’s license (with the exception of persons with disabilities. Knowledge And Skills: Knowledge of legislative mandates governing the public service. Interpretation of policies. Knowledge of E -Recruitment. Computer literacy Good Communication skills. Report writing skills. Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Public Service Act, Employment Equity Act, Public Service Regulations, Human Resource Management policies. Problem solving skills. DUTIES: Facilitate recruitment and selection of employees. Facilitate transfer/secondment/placement. Facilitate conditions of services and benefits. Supervise staff. Additional key Result area for PWC post: Perform auxiliary services, HRD and PMDS activities.
