REF NO: EADP 26/2026 REQUIREMENTS: An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B -Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1-year appropriate experience. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Apply financial norms and standards, including the Public Finance Management Act (PF MA), National Treasury Regulations (NTRs) and Provincial Treasury Instructions/Directives (PTIs); manage budgeting processes; apply motor transport regulations; implement applicable financial prescripts and Treasury Instructions; perform routine financial and administrative tasks; process payments in accordance with prescribed procedures; use the LOGIS system to support payment and financial administration processes; Skills: perform numeracy and literacy functions; solve problems; perform financial tasks; c ommunicate effectively; plan and organise activities; manage people; make sound decisions; use computer systems effectively; compile and write reports; resolve conflicts; work effectively under pressure. DUTIES: Provide monitoring, maintenance, and control of the GG fleet service. Ensure verification of information on the Fleetman system (web based system); People supervision/management; Administer, verify and monitor the use of rental vehicles.
