Concentrix is looking for motivated individuals with previous sales experience to join our B2B Sales team in our vibrant Durban office. As a B2B Sales Advisor, you will use your sales experience, customer focus, and target-driven mindset to troubleshoot and resolve customer requests across multiple platforms. You will help create positive customer experiences while building strong business relationships and supporting client success. You will: - Onboard new business customers, build strong relationships, and promote adoption of client procurement solutions - Understand client needs and offer flexible payment terms, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier options that support operational goals - Guide clients in using analytics tools to improve visibility, control spending, and make data-driven procurement decisions - Assist clients in integrating digital purchasing tools with their systems to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes - Monitor account health, usage, and savings, providing regular updates and insights to support continued client success - Conduct outbound calls to businesses using structured contact lists - Manage prospect data independently while proactively identifying and maximising business opportunities - Complete administrative tasks to support compliance with internal processes and operational standards - Engage professionally with gatekeepers, build rapport, and navigate conversations toward reaching key decision-makers - Troubleshoot and resolve customer requests across multiple platforms while delivering a positive customer experience Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms: people from diverse backgrounds who are curious and willing to learn. Concentrix is a great match if you: - Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound sales or cold calling - Have at least 1 year of contact centre experience supporting an international campaign - Have Matric or an equivalent qualification - Have a clear criminal and credit record - Are proficient in English, both written and spoken - Have strong negotiation and communication skills - Are self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently - Are comfortable working toward targets - Are computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems quickly and effectively - Can type at least 26 words per minute - Have strong attention to detail - Are available to work shifts in a 24/7 environment It will be a plus if you: - Have appointment-setting experience - Have previous B2B sales experience - Have experience using CRM, sales, or procurement-related platforms - Are confident engaging with business customers, gatekeepers, and decision-makers What's in it for you We challenge conventions to deliver outcomes unimagined by creating customer experiences that go beyond WOW.
