A well-established professional services firm is seeking a Client Accountant to join their team in Sandton, Johannesburg. This role is ideal for an experienced junior-level accountant who is comfortable managing the accounting requirements of a dedicated client while assisting with additional accounts when required. Key Performance Areas: - Managing the day-to-day accounting functions for a dedicated client - Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting functions across the client’s accounts - Processing and maintaining accurate financial records - Assisting with payroll-related functions - Completing and submitting e-filing requirements - Ensuring accounting records and reconciliations are accurate and up to date - Providing support across additional client accounts when required - Maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a similar Client Accountant role - Strong experience with Pastel Evolution - Experience with Xero - Payroll experience - E-filing experience - Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge - Ability to work independently and manage a client’s accounting requirements - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - Good communication skills and a professional approach Ready to Apply?
