Introduction: We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Nursing Education Manager to lead and drive excellence in nursing education across the region. This role requires advanced qualifications, strong leadership, and a proven track record in facilitation and compliance. Key Performance Areas: - Manage Nursing Education Programs – Oversee accredited training, plan student numbers, and drive high pass rates. - Student Recruitment & Marketing – Achieve enrolment targets and ensure compliance with selection criteria. - People Leadership – Provide visible leadership, recruit and retain staff, and inspire positive work culture. - Financial Oversight – Manage student fee administration and monitor overheads efficiently. - Relationship Building – Maintain strong ties with regulatory bodies, forums, and community projects. - Operational Excellence – Ensure smooth functioning of the learning centre and implement solutions. - Quality & Compliance – Maintain SANC accreditation, oversee evaluations, and address training gaps. - Governance & Risk – Ensure compliance with SANC, DOE, CHE processes and support audits. - Research Development – Drive the research agenda within the learning centre and region. Requirements: - Master’s degree in Nursing - Nursing Education & Management qualification - 5+ years’ experience in education/facilitation - Assessor & Moderator SANC reg. - Knowledge of education legislation & private healthcare industry Ready to Apply?
