Introduction: Are you an experienced ICU Trained Registered Nurse ready for a new challenge in the private healthcare sector? An exciting opportunity is available in Pretoria, Gauteng , for a dedicated nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. Key Performance Areas: - Providing comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. - Monitoring patients and identifying changes in their condition. - Administering medication and treatments according to protocols. - Assisting with emergency procedures and interventions. - Managing and monitoring ICU equipment. - Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. - Working closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary team. - Promoting infection prevention and patient safety. - Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards. Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in General Nursing. - Post Basic Diploma in Critical Care Nursing. - Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse. - Minimum 3 years’ ICU experience. - Strong clinical and critical-care knowledge. - Confident managing high-acuity patients. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. - Able to perform well in a fast-paced ICU environment.
