REF NO: HR5/1/2/3/45 (X2 POSTS) REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 Certificate (NQF level 4) as recognised by SAQA. No experience. Knowledge: Compensation Fund policies, procedure and Processes. Customer service (Batho Pele principles). COIDA. Financial control processes. Accounts payable prescripts and processes. Data capturing. Stakeholder and customers. Legislative Requirements: PFMA. National Treasury Regulations. Skills: Computer Literacy. Communication (verbal and written). Interpersonal relations. Data and records management. Telephone Skills and Etiquette. Problem solving and decision making. NOTE: EE target-Priority will be given to Persons with disability, Indians and Whites. DUTIES: Attend to accounts payable and claims processes. Receive invoice notification for goods received. Provide accounting and administrative support to the sub- directorate.
