Anchor / Field Guide Couple | Luxury Safari Lodge Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and passionate Anchor / Field Guide Couple to join a luxury safari lodge situated within the Manyoni Reserve, KwaZulu-Natal. Location: Manyoni Reserve, KZN Property Type: Luxury Safari Lodge Role: Anchor / Field Guide Couple Salary: R20,000 – R24,000 per person, negotiable depending on experience Accommodation: Live-in Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest experiences within a luxury safari environment. Conduct professional and engaging game drives and guided bush experiences. Ensure guests receive informative, safe and memorable safari experiences. Act as an ambassador for the lodge and its service standards. Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the lodge and guest experience. Maintain excellent communication with guests and colleagues. Contribute to a warm, welcoming and professional lodge atmosphere. Support the lodge team with operational duties as required. Maintain a high standard of presentation, professionalism and guest service. Requirements Previous experience working as a qualified Field Guide within a luxury safari lodge environment. Strong knowledge of the South African bush, wildlife and conservation. Excellent guest interaction and communication skills. A professional, confident and engaging personality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong leadership and organisational skills. The successful couple should complement one another and be comfortable working in a remote safari environment. A genuine passion for hospitality, wildlife and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Relevant guiding qualifications and licences will be required. Ideal Couple The ideal candidates will be an established couple who are both passionate about the safari industry and comfortable working together in a hands-on lodge environment. They should be adaptable, professional and able to contribute positively to both the guest experience and the wider lodge operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced couple looking to join a luxury safari operation in one of KwaZulu-Natal's premier wildlife areas.
