FOH Guest Experience Manager – Hoedspruit, Mpumalanga Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and guest-focused FOH Guest Experience Manager to join a luxury hotel in Hoedspruit, Mpumalanga. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards and creating memorable experiences for guests. Key responsibilities: Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Manage the guest journey from arrival through to departure, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience. Lead, motivate and support the front-of-house team to maintain exceptional service standards. Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally and efficiently. Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs. Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent service delivery. Monitor presentation, service standards and operational procedures. Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance management where required. Ensure the highest standards of luxury hospitality are consistently maintained. Requirements: Previous experience in a front-of-house management or guest experience role within a luxury hotel or lodge. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. A strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and personalised guest service. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to manage guest expectations and resolve challenges confidently. A professional, approachable and service-driven attitude. The ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
