Front Desk Attendant | Luxury Hotel | Cape Town, Western Cape Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a friendly, professional and organised Front Desk Attendant for a prestigious luxury hotel in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling enquiries and ensuring a smooth and memorable guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and provide professional front desk service. Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations. Handle telephone calls, emails and guest enquiries. Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities and services. Assist with guest requests, complaints and special arrangements. Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest service. Maintain a neat, organised and professional reception area. Requirements: Previous front desk or reception experience within a hotel environment. Experience in a luxury hospitality setting will be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative and organisational abilities. Professional, well-presented and guest-focused. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems will be advantageous. Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
