Hotel Restaurant Floor Manager | Wine Farm | Stellenbosch, Western Cape Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and service-driven Hotel Restaurant Floor Manager for a prestigious wine farm in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant floor operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards within a luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service delivery. Lead, supervise and motivate the front-of-house team. Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally. Manage staff schedules, floor allocations and service briefings. Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation, cleanliness and hygiene. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and management teams. Monitor service standards and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist with staff training, development and performance management. Ensure that all restaurant operations run efficiently and professionally. Requirements Previous experience in a Restaurant Floor Manager or senior Front of House role. Experience within a luxury hotel, restaurant or wine estate environment would be advantageous. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A passion for food, wine and exceptional guest experiences. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Professional presentation and a hands-on approach.
