FOH / Admin / Personal Assistant – Northern KwaZulu-Natal Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a versatile and organised FOH / Admin / Personal Assistant to join a 5-star luxury safari lodge in Northern KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented and capable of balancing guest-facing responsibilities with administrative and personal assistant duties in a remote lodge environment. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and assist with front-of-house duties. Manage bookings, correspondence and general administration. Provide personal assistant support to management. Coordinate schedules, appointments and daily tasks. Assist with guest enquiries and ensure exceptional service. Maintain accurate records and support smooth lodge operations. Requirements: Previous experience working in a lodge or remote location is essential. A valid driving licence and the candidate's own vehicle are essential. Previous experience in hospitality, administration or a personal assistant role. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong computer literacy and attention to detail. Professional presentation and a guest-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 per month, dependent on experience. This position offers a straightforward salary rather than a structured package. Salary will be determined according to the candidate's experience and suitability, with consideration given to an appropriate increase for candidates bringing relevant experience to the role.
