Trails Guide – Luxury Game Lodge – Madikwe, North West Salary: R12,000 – R14,500 (DOE) | Live-in Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Trails Guide to join a luxury 5★ game lodge in Madikwe. This role is ideal for a passionate and professional guide who can deliver exceptional walking and game drive experiences while ensuring guest safety and engagement. Key Responsibilities • Conduct guided walks and game drives for guests • Host and engage with guests, delivering informative and memorable experiences • Share in-depth knowledge of local flora, fauna, and conservation practices • Assist with vehicle maintenance and general lodge upkeep • Support overall lodge operations as required Requirements • All relevant guiding qualifications up to date • Minimum 4 years’ experience at 5★ lodges • Excellent knowledge of local flora, fauna, and conservation practices • Strong guest interaction and storytelling skills Package Includes • Salary: R12,000 – R14,500 depending on experience • Single live-in accommodation • Meals provided • Tips • Full provident fund • 12 bed nights annually Ideal Candidate A professional and passionate Trails Guide who combines safety, knowledge, and storytelling to create exceptional walking and wildlife experiences, with the ability to work independently in a remote lodge environment.
